Classes

Classes are programmed with a specific workout (WoD) for each day, at the beginning of each week. Each WoD has scaled options to suit all fitness and mobility levels, daily workouts are available to all members. Classes are booked through our Booking App ‘Wodify”, which also allows members to keep track of their individual PB’s for a specific WoD or movement. You will be signed up to Wodify when you join, then just download the free app from the App Store or Google Play.

WoD Classes

1 hour classes, including Strength and Workout. Changes each ady

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

6am, 8am, 9:15am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Wednesday

6am, 8am, 9:15am, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm

Saturday

7am Gymnastics

8am Olympic Lifting

9am (Partner Workout)

Open Gym Area

The Open Gym Area is available to members whenever the gym is open. It provides members with an area that they can spend time working on strengths & weaknesses, alone, with other members, or with the help of our coaches.

Additional Hours: Sunday 9am - 10:30am - SPECIAL

Oly Lifting Classes

Oly lifting are separate, specific sessions that provide targeted instruction and practise in correct lifting techniques. This will help to limit injuries and improve lifting efforts.

These sessions are run every Saturday Morning at 8am.
