What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a combination of Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Kettlebell work, Medicine Ball work, Pliometrics, Rowing, Running, Skipping and more! Workouts are constantly varied and performed at high intensity to produce the worlds most effective and now accessible Core Strength and Conditioning program. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity - we don’t change programs.

Who is CrossFit for?

CrossFit can be used by the elderly to gain the strength they once had in their twenties or by the most elite athlete in the field. Our IronBody coaches will tailor your workout to suit your level of fitness. It doesn't matter who you are or how many injuries you've had in the past, CrossFit is essential to your health. At IronBody CrossFit we all have the same goal: to be faster, stronger, more powerful and more capable than yesterday. For more information, visit the CrossFit Journal below.
