Classes
Classes have a set workout (WOD) each day, planned weekly, with scaled options for all fitness and mobility levels. Daily workouts are open to all members. Book classes and track personal bests in our FitBox App. New members are signed up to FitBox at joining — just download the free app from the App Store or Google Play.
Classes
1-hour classes: Strength and Comditioning sessions. Varies daily to keep training balanced and engaging. Great for beginners or the Athletes.
Monday–Friday: 06:00, 08:00, 09:15, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00.
Saturday (summer): 08:00 — Partner WOD.
Open Gym Area
Open Gym is available to members during gym hours for working on strengths and weaknesses solo, with others, or with coaches.
Additional Hours: Sunday 9am - 10:30am - SPECIAL
