Classes are programmed with a specific workout (WOD) for each day, at the beginning of each week. As each WOD has scaled options to suit all fitness and mobility levels, daily workouts are available to all members. Classes are booked using Wodify, which also allows members to keep track of their individual PB’s for a specific WOD or movement. You will be signed up to Wodify when you join, then just download the free app from the App Store or Google Play.

WOD Classes

1 hour classes with a specifically programmed workout.

Monday - Friday

6am, 9:15am, 12pm*, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm


9am start (partner workout)

* 12pm class runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday only, if signed-in on Wodify by 11am.

Open Gym Area

The Open Gym Area is available to members whenever the gym is open. It provides members with an area that they can spend time working on strengths & weaknesses, alone, with other members, or with the help of our coaches.

Additional Hours: Sunday 9am - 12pm

Oly Lifting

Oly lifting is a separate, specific course to provide instruction on correct lifting techniques, in order to limit injuries and improve lifting efforts.

Members: $20 per session Non-Members: $25 per session

Sunday 3pm - 4:30pm

CrossFit Fundamentals

Fundamentals teaches those that are new to CrossFit the basic movements and safe lifting techniques before members graduate to participating in classes.
